Inside Trajectors

Plan a release on the sprint board, locate equipment on a map or build a report for Friday’s review. Explore the tools your team will use, from the first quote to delivery.

Follow a workflow

Between departments

Follow one job through the screens each team uses.

Choose a workflow

What needs to land in the first playable build?

The game team picks work for a sprint. A lead follows the board and chooses which delivery measures belong in the weekly review.

Choose a handoff
Game development sprint board with the active sprint, dates, completion count and work by status.

The active sprint brings player movement, encounter design, frame timing and playtesting onto the same board.

Open Projects & Scrum
Dashboard editor with project delivery figures, a source library, width controls and block settings.

The lead compares open sprint work with all open board items, including the controller work waiting in the backlog.

Open Business intelligence
Management report editor showing a source library, configurable report sections and width settings.

The report brings the sprint and board counts together in a section for the first playable build.

Open Management reports

Where is the equipment for the next visit?

A field team checks the mapped site, reviews the equipment record and opens the service schedule before dispatch.

Choose a handoff
Asset atlas with a 2D world map showing tagged geographic assets, routes and service areas.

Find depots, field offices and transport routes on the world map. Open a feature to inspect its attributes.

Open Asset atlas
Equipment workspace showing a proofing-station assignment and custody details.

Look up the equipment assignment and its recorded handover.

Open IT equipment
Field service workspace showing the booked visit for the east entrance sign.

The dispatcher checks the technician and the dates on the service order.

Open Field service

Where did the team spend its time?

Support receives a repair request. A dispatcher books the visit, and a manager checks the service hours.

Choose a handoff
Help desk register and selected ticket for an incorrect direction at the lift lobby.

Support records the customer’s request and routes the ticket to Field service.

Open Help desk
Field service workspace showing the booked visit for the east entrance sign.

The dispatcher assigns a technician and the technician records the work.

Open Field service
Business intelligence dashboard showing a weekly service-hours trend, average hours by team and total hours.

The manager compares five weeks of service hours across three teams.

Who owns the next step before a new hire starts?

Recruiting has confirmed the hire. People, Learning and IT can each see which part of the first day they own.

Choose a handoff
Recruiting workspace showing the production coordinator opening and its application workflow.

The recruiter confirms the accepted offer and starts one employee onboarding plan.

Open Recruiting
People onboarding plan for Maya Noor with two completed assignments and a workstation handover outstanding.

The manager checks the outstanding training and equipment tasks before the employee starts.

Open People
Equipment workspace showing a proofing-station assignment and custody details.

IT records the physical handover and the employee confirms receipt.

Who can deliver the exhibition signage?

The project needs wayfinding, print production and installation planning. Follow the employee evidence into a proposed team and its first assignments.

Choose a handoff
Employee skill profile with practiced skills, learning goals and a link to reviewed exhibition work.

An employee reviews skills and learning goals before choosing whether to participate in team suggestions.

Open People
Project team proposal showing three exhibition colleagues, their coverage and a human confirmation action.

The project lead checks expertise, learning opportunities and any uncovered requirements before confirming the team.

Open Projects & Scrum
Exhibition signage board with tagged installation tasks and assignees.

A skill tag on the Scrum task opens its coverage evidence for an authorized project reader.

Open Projects & Scrum

The quote is signed. What happens next?

Sales agrees the scope, Delivery picks up the promised work, and Finance reviews the draft invoice.

Choose a handoff
Sales workspace with three customer quotes, amounts, approval states and project links.

Sales accepts the customer’s quote with its agreed work and price.

Open Customers & sales
Exhibition signage board with tagged installation tasks and assignees.

The work on the quote becomes backlog items with named owners.

Open Projects & Scrum
Finance workspace with customer invoices, amounts, status and the general journal.

Finance checks the draft invoice against the agreement before posting.

Orbital paths

Workspace keeps the drawing with its lesson brief and the editor’s notes. In this example, the reviewer checks the position of the star in each orbit.

Three elliptical orbits share a star at one focus. The solid, dashed and dotted paths have different centers.
Orbital mechanics Editable SVG

Where does the star belong?

Draw three nested ellipses around one star. Place the star at a shared focus and make each path recognizable in a printed lesson.

Construct the outer ellipse

The guide marks the major axis and center of the outer orbit. The star sits to the left of that center, at one of the ellipse’s two foci.

Check the printed figure

Trace each path to its legend entry. A solid line, dashes and dots keep the three orbits distinct when the page is printed in black and white.

The lesson file

The SVG contains the three orbital curves, the star and their text labels. Each can be edited independently in a vector editor.

Violet stone material preview

Studio / Game material

Violet stone

This material was generated in Studio using seed 41. The Godot 4 download includes the material and six texture maps.

A lit sphere of violet stone with broad, curved mineral bands. Normal map of the stone, with color changes marking the directions of the mineral ridges. Grayscale map showing differences in the height of the stone’s surface.
Violet stone material512 × 512 px

Using the material

Unzip the pack into a Godot 4 project, then assign material.tres to a mesh. Keep the textures in the same folder.

Surface direction

Color encodes the direction the surface faces at each point. Godot uses this map to light small ridges without adding geometry.

Relative height

Light values mark higher parts of the stone, dark values lower parts. The grayscale map carries the same bands as the surface preview.

05 / Buyer questions

Before you decide.

Can we start with a single team?

Yes. A company selects the modules it uses, with required dependencies shown before activation. Each person gets read, write or approval permissions for their role. Switching off a module stops new work there and preserves its records. See how a delivery team works.

Can a development team use Trajectors for sprints?

Yes. Start a software, app or game backlog, set a sprint goal and drag cards through the board. Closing a sprint preserves its snapshot and returns unfinished work to the backlog. See the game development board.

What can we put on the asset map?

Use points for sites, lines for routes and polygons for areas. Add your own attributes, connect equipment or projects, and take the geographic data out as GeoJSON. Explore the asset atlas.

Does every employee need a paid editor seat?

No. People can have employee records without a login or editor seat. Owners and administrators count toward the planned three editors; reviewers receive access to explicitly assigned projects. Explore People.

Can different companies share a workspace?

Yes. Each company keeps its own books, teams and permissions. Someone who approves expenses for one company does not automatically gain that permission in another. Group reports show authorized books and keep currencies separate. See group reporting.

What can an AI agent do without approval?

For a quote, the company sets the policy: the agent can inspect, prepare a proposal, seek a named reviewer or execute within an approved limit. The receipt records what happened. Read the quote approval workflow.

Who can see artwork made in Studio?

Local jobs keep inputs and results on your device. You decide which results to share with a hosted project. A cloud provider is only involved when you select that route. Explore Trajectors Studio.
